Visualize

            Let your mind picture the kind of life you want and take active steps to achieve it. It will not happen in some magic moment, but little by little as you stay focused you will move closer and closer to what you want. What do you want your life to be? Where do you want to live? Give yourself permission to loosen the boundaries that have closed you in and restricted your ideal self.  Get a mental image of yourself doing the things you want to do and experiencing the life you want to live..
